QuanTec Surveyors are an independent private practice providing a range of Construction Consultancy services both locally, throughout the entire UK and beyond.

Incorporated in April 2009, and being fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we have developed into one of the most prominent professional practices in the region. We operate from four strategic offices, and an expanded network of associated offices across the country.

Our experience is comprehensive and varied and covers a wide spectrum of project types which include, new builds and refurbishments, to multi roll out, rebranding and maintenance programmes.

Values of schemes we have managed have typically been between £50k – £55M and have comprised a diverse range of sectors and building types including; Care and Health, Stadiums, Education, Hotel and Leisure, Energy, Retail, Residential, Commercial and Industrial, Listed and Historic, the list goes on.

We have a highly experienced, dedicated and proactive team of professionals who work closely with our clients throughout the evolvement of their project. A Director of the practice always maintains a direct relationship with each client.
